Water-based, bitumen protective coating
PolyProof 425 is a brown/black bituminous emulsion compound. It is used as a cold applied primer, damp proofing and protective coating for concrete and masonry.
PolyProof 425 can be easily applied by stiff brush. After drying, it gives a tough, black seamless, flexible membrane with excellent adhesion to concrete, steel, wooden surfaces and cement-based substrates.
PolyProof 425 prevents salts in groundwater from penetration into reinforced concrete structures which can cause reinforcement corrosion and concrete deterioration.

| - Waterproofing mortar | 50 kg OPC + 150 kg sand + (4-5 kg) of PolyProof 425 will cover approximately 5-6 m² @ 2 cm thickness. |
