MULTI-PURPOSE, SOLVENT-FREE, TWO-COMPONENT ELASTIC POLYURETHANE-EPOXY HYBRID COATING AND SEALING SYSTEM An advanced, two-component, 100% solids, elastic polyurethaneepoxy hybrid coating and sealing system. This hybrid technology synergizes the superior adhesion, chemical resistance, and tensile strength of epoxies with the exceptional flexibility, elongation, and abrasion resistance of polyurethanes. The result is a seamless, flexible, and highly durable membrane. Its solvent-free formulation cures to a non-porous, seamless, and easy-to-clean surface that inhibits bacterial growth, making it an ideal hygienic solution for beverage and food industrial areas. Once fully cured, the film is nontoxic and compliant with stringent international standards for potable water and food contact surfaces.


USES HYGIENIC & FOOD-GRADE ENVIRONMENTS : Food & Beverage Processing Plants: Flooring in production areas, packaging halls, and cold storage; wall coatings for wash-down areas; and containment linings for spillage control. Resistant to fruit acids, dairy fats, sugars, blood, and cleaning agents (CIP chemicals).

Breweries, Wineries & Distilleries: Tank foundations, fermentation room floors, and bottling hall floors resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and hot water/sanitizers.
Abattoirs & Meat Processing Plants: Provides a seamless, nonabsorbent surface that can withstand frequent high-pressure, hotwater washing and harsh sanitizing chemicals.
Potable Water & Beverage Tanks: Provides a seamless, non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless lining for interior surfaces of potable water tanks, clear water reservoirs, and mixing tanks for soft drinks and juices.

CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING:
Concrete Waterproofing: As a membrane for bridge decks, parking garages, plaza decks, and below-grade structures.
Sewage & Wastewater Treatment Plants: Protective lining for primary and secondary containment, aeration tanks, sedimentation tanks, channels, and weirs. Resistant to hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, and other aggressive bio-chemicals.
Crack Injection: For repairing and sealing dynamic, live cracks (≥ 0.1 mm) in concrete structures such as walls, slabs, tunnels, and reservoirs. It accommodates ongoing movement.
